Chris and his son worked on my 1987 Mazda truck that was having difficulty passing smog. Even though they had trouble finding the right parts for such an old truck, Chris kept me informed every step of the way, kept me informed on any changing cost, and only went forward with the repairs after asking for my approval. I told him to take his time since I had another car to drive and the repairs and smog check were completed in only 2 days. He gave me a complete explanation and breakdown of all the work done, and didn't even charge me for the pre-test on the smog check. He also informed me of some additional recommended repairs they discovered during inspection and provided a written estimate for those future repairs, but did not try to "push" any further repair- just told me to come back whenever I was ready. Very honest, knowledgeable and personable people. I plan to continue having all my cars serviced there and utilize the "monthly specials" they offer.
