DO NOT BUY a pool or hot tub from these people. We bought a hot tub and a year later it stops working and they want us to keep paying a sub-contracted Spa Tech for his service charges everytime he comes here to try to diagnose the problem!!! Manager was VERY rude and even hung the phone up on my husband!! They will NOT stand behind their products they sell so be VERY careful!!! Also took over a month to recieve the hot tub in the first place which I had to keep calling them and asking where it was!! Not to mention there was a leak in one of the hoses when we first filled the tub and Spa Tech had to come out and fix that!!! It has been a NIGHTMARE!! We have reported them to the BBB!! Yes indeed...they got their money so you are stuck holding the bag...what do they care. Plus they sub-contract the work out so they dont have to pay for these service charges. Managers response was " we sub-contract our work out..we cant help what they charge for there service fees!!" Yeah because this way
