I am a 41 year old professional walker. I make my living as a professional caddy. Some months in the summer i walk as much as 80 miles per week. I have had plantar fasciitis in my feet for the better part of 3.5 years. I have tried many therapies including orthotics, massage, ice, heal implants, just about everything except a shot or surgery. Thankfully, I decided to seek out help for this condition through acupuncture and happen to find Dr. Xiao!! I first went to her office in Feb 2013. I am happy to say that after years of pain and discomfort my feet are nearly completely recovered thanks to Dr. Xiao. She also has been treating my lower back pain and this is the best my back has felt in more than a decade. Today I went there because I separated my shoulder slightly one week prior. Tremendous pain and swelling. After one treatment my shoulder has full range of motion and pain is barely noticeably. Truly amazing. I would strongly recommend Dr. Xiao and Great Wall Chinese Medicine. I am so thankful for her help.
