Very poor customer service, we have had a brand new nonworking hot tub and\r
it has been very difficult getting someone out to service the tub. They will commit\r
to a day to come out and when you call to see why they have not shown up, they remind you how busy they are and will just keep pushing you back to come out. Very little customer service, very argumentative and we regret purchasing this tub from them only one week ago.\r
Think twice before purchasing a hot tub from this company, we will not buy another one from them.
Pros: We were looking forward to using a very nice hot tub
Cons: We can not get a tech person out to fix the nonworking tub
