My oil change was due and I needed a head lamp. Without an appt I decided to go to Stone Mountain VW for service rather than the Mall of GA VW even though that dealership was much closer. I was greeted & helped immediately. The Service tech noticed that my last visit notes urged me to replace the rear brakes since I mentioned that I was planning to drive to TX for Christmas. I agreed to the work and thanked him for reminding me of the need to complete the brake work. The entire staff from the technicians and Svc Mrg to the drivers are friendly and concerned about my safety and enjoyable driving experience. I hope to have the same enjoyable experience with the sales team when I decide to buy a new Volkswagen.
