Just so everyone knows, even though you make an appointment with Dr. Cairo, they actually give you one with another doctor, apparently a resident, even though you specifically ask for Dr. Cairo. Disappointing. The secretaries are all in bad moods and give you the excuse that they told me, even though they didn't. The staff at this office are the most ignorant bunch of catty women I have ever seen in one office at once. They gave me an appointment, when I got there that day, they said I had been mistaken and it was the day after. Ok, I kept my cool. I returned the next day and they tell me I'm going to be seen by another dr. I made my appointment and waited one month, then the day I get there they change things around. According to them, they told me this over the phone. Yeah right. I guess they also gave me the right appointment date... they should lay off whatever they are abusing and be more organized. In addition to these problems, they made me feel like crap, as if all these errors were my mistake. Dr Cairo needs new staff. Another con of going there is the wait time of one month for an appointment. Lastly, parking costs $2, even when validated. I DO NOT recommend this place one bit.
