Do not live here! Where to begin? First of all, the model apartment they show you is gorgeous, the real thing? Disgusting. When we moved in, there were hairs painted onto all of the walls because they did not wipe them down before they painted. There was also gum melted into our dryer, paint peeling in our microwave (which is toxic), and mold growing in both bathrooms. \r

The whole apartment lacks any type of soundproofing, which I was disappointed to find out especially since I specifically asked the person who gave me a tour whether the apartment was sound proof. I can hear my roommate when she is watching TV next door at a normal level. I can hear everything she says when she is on the phone. I can even hear the boy who lives next door (not even in my apartment) when he talks on the phone. It's awful! \r

Also, the apartment is so poorly insulated. It has been freezing in the apartment since October because of how poorly insulated this apartment is. \r

They made me pay a $300 ""activities fee"" that was supposed to include a bus pass, gym, pool, hot tub, tanning, outdoor kitchen, game room, and computer lab with free printing. The gym did not open until the second week of the semester, the pool was closed early, and the tanning, outdoor kitchen, and computer lab are still not available. Whenever we ask any staff when we will have access to these activities they say they are working on it. \r

The internet and cable that are included in the rent are not worth it! The internet is SO SLOW and the cable barely has any channels. \r

Also, they did not do a good job of roommate matching. My two roommates and I are graduate students and requested to live with someone who is quiet, wakes up early, and goes to bed early. They placed us with a junior who comes home around 1 AM every night and doesn't wake up until 12. She also constantly has friends over and is very loud, not what we asked for at all.
