Are these reviews a joke? I went to Krisite based on them. I've practically never had a worse experience. First of all, she dampened my hair instead of washing it or at least completely wetting it. (I have wavy hair). When I tried to explain what I'd like done, she was too busy interrupting and talking endlessly about herself and her hair. She did not listen at all and just said, ""don't worry"". I have very long hair and instead of asking me to stand (since the back of the chair was in the way) she just cut ""as best she could"" without even sectioning the back...as everyone who cuts hair knows to do. Then when she angled my sides....Which i had explained had been chopped a year earlier and finally almost grown back.... she quickly took the scissors and scraped down the side, rather than cutting carefully, The back is uneven, and the side which took me a year to grow out is back to being chopped up and incorrectly angled. It doesn't angle down. It ends and looks like i have a short piece and then a long piece next to it with frayed ends since it wasn't cut but scraped. What a nightmare!!! The worst!!!!!!!
