Horrible horrible horrible, the management and owners lie to your face and on reviews, do not take responsibility or even offer anything to make it right when your pet contracts a sickness in their facility (my dog got tracheatracheobronchitis which is the medical term for KENNEL COUGH), they blame the brand vanguard for why my pet got sick and additionally the place smells like an unsanitary dumpster.\r
I have never had a more frustrating and bad experience in my life, the only benefit to this place was the groom job but I will never do business with people and an experience like that again. Additionally I have been told by my vet and other dog owners from the dog park on university that they all experienced similar things here and will never go back.\r
Stay away!!!!!!!!!
