Review content:
Spent 1 year trying to get Refined Systems to complete our home automation system. We called them in to modernize an existing system on a house we just bought. Like it says in their website, we expected ""everything controlled with a touch of a button""…..after one year, still not there, several systems are still not setup to work on their upgraded automation platform (Gates, security, temperature control) every time we call them, we take one step forward, several backwards. Our thermostats were tied into the automation, AND were working, then Refined Systems came in and not only can we not control the temperature via automation, the actual thermostats have stopped working right, and AC folks we called say the circuits/wiring into and out of the automation control box is messed up. Still can't get refined to fix it. We have spent a bit of money to buy additional equipment they asked for, still not where they promised. It's been a huge waste of time and money going with Refined, we are now looking for another company that knows what they are doing!
