Justin was amazing when it came to renting out our home. We were at the top of the market, with a quick move out date (less than 2 weeks!). He walked us through all the different options. Our house has some challenges due to location, and price, and timeline, but he stuck with us.
What I wasn't expecting was a the level of service that we received. He knew we were anxious to find renters, and checked in with us almost everyday. Our house rented in a about two months. We actually had a family who would have signed earlier, but he was frank with us on the previous landlord's experience and we decided to pass. He was supportive and helpful with the decision.
I would recommend Justin to anyone who was looking to rent their home. He is a pleasure to work with! We will be calling him again, when its time to sell.
