Review content:
Very poor customer service. On my first appointment the optometrist, Paul, was 23 minutes late. I was not pleased, because I was on time. Then of course after the eye exam I was only given 3 minutes to pick out frames because the optometrist and his assistant both had places to be, imagine that. So they kicked me out so they could close up, and I had to come back another day. Then upon picking up my glasses the assistant was annoyed that I wanted them fitted to my face and hurried me out of there as fast as she could. My second appointment was to fix glasses that are not the correct prescription, Paul was another 7 minutes late with no end in sight so I left. I’m just not willing to give money to a business that treats me with that level of disrespect.
