Our experience with Pettyjohn's was one that we won't soon forget! It was obvious from the beginning that Robert and his crew not only knew what they were doing when it comes to cleaning rugs, but they went the extra mile by making us feel so comfortable handing over our prized possessions! The office staff was also very professional, courteous and followed up when they said they would. I will never take my rugs anywhere else - we knew they needed cleaning, but they came back better than new! Pettyjohn's proves that shopping with your small, local business' give you such a high quality of service that the National Chain stores only wish they could!
