Lee showed up on time for the appointment and thoroughly explained all the details of the services he was performing during the visit. He set glue traps (provided extra ones for future use) and went around the outside of our house and removed cob webs. I appreciate the extra effort and time that was put in to do the job right! \r

Lee came back today to retreat after we saw a mouse in our house. The mouse was later caught by one of the traps set up by Lee on his initial visit. I believe the mouse had also gotten into the bait box which caused him to be confused and out and about in the middle of the day. I really appreciate the assurance that I can call at anytime and get someone out to my house asap! Thanks for the great customer service!
