Unprofessional Attitude and Incompetent! \r \r I don't like to write negative reviews but this experience was SO bad, I'd like to save other people the terrible experience we had with Able Heating & Air. They actually were recommended to us, so we were glad to call someone friends we knew trusted to fix our furnace on a snowy day. Tory Wolfe of Able arrived while my wife was home and, while he kept his motor running outside, he told her he couldn't work on our type of furnace (a standard Burnham with water baseboard heat). He opened our pressure valve (new as of 2 years ago) and then hit it with his wrench -- it subsequently started leaking. Then he wrote up a service invoice for $75 and left. After I got home and my wife explained the situation, I called Able to ask that at a minimum, they come back and fix the leaking pressure valve (it fills a bucket each day). Mr. Wolfe said it wasn't his responsibility to fix every little thing that happened to a system during a diagnosis, that it was our problem, and he didn’t have time to come back and fix the valve! So, unfortunately, our furnace isn't fixed, and, we have a pressure valve leak we didn't have before. But at least I know never to call Able Heating & Air for help ever again!
