Randzman,\r Thank you for your review. I would like to respond to the fact that you decided not to get the treatment that was proposed. There are doctors that let small cavities go until they get larger; I am not one of those doctors. I believe that when cavities are treated in their early stages, then we can prevent more extensive dentistry down the line. I wish you the best.\r \r Sambood,\r Unfortunately, due to the demand for appointments after work (late afternoon) there are longer than usual wait times. This can be compounded if the prior patient has unanticipated needs. We do our best to give every patient the care that they need. \r \r As far the diagnosis goes, it is my duty to talk to you about cosmetic options to enhance your smile. It is your option to pass on the recommendation. \r \r The American Dental Association is primarily a political organization. Having advanced dental skills comes with taking continuing education courses--not from being a member of the American Dental Association. I have taken continuing education courses annually for the past 22 years to ensure that my patients get the best care out there.
