Review content:
I called to check prices on shots and was surprised by the short/rude treatment by the person on the phone. I called back later and mentioned rating the experience online. I received two emails from the vet, mostly touting his experience and education, he made negative comments about my own vet and I was told I was misinformed and being used by my vet. He warned me that it was wrong for me to discuss my experience on the Internet. It was amazing. I finally explained that it was within my rights to rate his clinic based on my experience with his employees and him. After I said I thought my vet would get a kick out of his negative comments about my vet, he finally stopped writing me. His bragging about how educated and qualified he was made me think he was trying to prove something. Weird. I won't take my pets there...ever! I also plan to tell my friends about my experience with this clinic. Polite customer service is obviously not part of their employee training program. I guess that is because the owner doesn’t practice politeness either. Monkey see, monkey do.
