This technician, Tony #3545 came to my house to fix a horribly clogged toilet. I found Tony to be prompt, polite, knowledgable, and clean. He paid close attention to the details I gave him of the problem. He looked at my toilet and gave me a number of possibities of what was wrong with it. He also gave me prices and explained what he would have to do in each situation and why the costs were different. He diagnosed the problem correctly and unglogged my toilet and was able to do it with minimal cost to me. I am completely satisfied. Carol S.
