These guys are crooks in my opinion. My daughter had a radiator hose to burst. She was towed to this garage. They convinced her to ""Flush the System"" and replace a ""Stuck Thermostat"". None of this was necessary as I had replaced the radiator about 2 years earlier. It was just a means of driving up the price to over $300. Then they told her the water pump had a crack and was leaking, another $600. She finally was able to reach me and I told her to pay for the repairs that were completed and leave. While on vacation to visit her, I went through her car and found nothing wrong with the water pump. Also, the hose that burst was the TOP hose, I was able to put my hands on both ends to replace it easily. The hose at Auto Zone is $18.
