Review content:
I started going there at the end of 2000 for Rosacea and saw the old man who owned the clinic before Perez took it over. The old man retired and left it to Perez, who would refill my prescriptions on my whim without questioning me. I thought that was cool for a while because I was getting what I wanted. But then I realized that he didn't care about me and didn't recommend better treatments for my condition, even when my body got used to the old medicines and stopped responding positvely. Also, and very obvious, his support staff are the rudest people in healthcare. They always talk down to you and treat you as if you are bothering them. I had never seen one smile in the few years I went there.
Pros: you can get the prescriptions you want.....but who really knows if you need them or not
Cons: their customer service is crap....they will make you leave in a bad mood....their's rubs off on you
