Review content:
All calls are directed to the Philippines, even when you call corporate. They read off scripts and transfer you endlessly to another rep when they decide they can't help you. Cards go missing in the mail (they often never send them) and mysterious blocks placed on accounts for no reason, requring an ""identity verification"". No matter how many times you comply, they will do nothing. I wonder if they'll send the court subpoena to the Philippines as well?
