Called on a COLD rainy Saturday afternoon, and was told it would be a few hours before someone could show up. Totally expected. I get a call saying they would be a few hours early (YAY!!) My garage door spring broke and while my husband was trying to fix it, it came off the guide and the cables frayed. I called three companies and only two showed up. FCD and another one. Troy from FCD was right to the point, told me UPFRONT what the cost was and gave me a coupon for the springs. While doing the work our the main bar was unrepairable and needed to be replaced as well as the plates...its an OLD door. I felt like I was given the best service. My husband was out for the day and I understand some salesmen don't like talking to women...never felt this way with Troy or anyone on the phone with Family Christian Doors. He was very polite, friendly and didn't complain a single bit about the amount of stuff we have in our garage that needed to be moved in order for the repair to be done.
Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone.
