my experience was above average. The initial contact with Jason was easy, & quick. I didn't have all day to talk on the phone to be told about this or that with my move and Jason was straight to the point, polite, knowledgeable, and fair. What else could I ask for? No matter the company I felt I was taking a risk after reading all the reviews online about all the companies. I do see the good out weigh the bad and I made my decision based off off real life experiences, and this is why I am writing this review based on my experience. I mean I don;t know much about what it takes to transport household item from state to state but I can tell you Jason Stokes does. My move went smoothly. I got a call from a Brian in dispatch confirming my move, and another 3 calls on move day from Brian and Jason. I got another call when they loaded my stuff, and again another call from the driver 2 days before delivery. I don;t know about anyone else but that is GREAT customer service. My price went up a little, I also brought a little more stuff than I anticipated. I didn't realize what I was bringing until I got into packing everything. I actually stopped and got them to finish the packing for me. All and all they moved me and it was pleasant. \r
