DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY! I was a customer here for 5yrs. I came to get my Xmas items & to my surprise, not only had my lock been cut with bolt cutters, the office stated the units are checked every 4th of the month. Today is the 8th and its quite evident they do not or else I would not be waiting for the Police. Definetly an inside job. I drove in to gates that are suppose to be electronically closed after each car, and they were wide open. The office didnt even know they were open & had to close them. The office also said this place has had 4 or 5 breakins and its not unusual. Really?. Then why bother paying for so called extra security closed gated facility with cameras (which there are none), & a very restricted individualized gate codes, even to get out.
