Review content:
The Kensington is wonderful. I looked at other places and the difference is that the Kensington feels more like a house and not an institution. It makes a person feel more at home. The physical set up and the way it's decorated is warm and inviting. The staff is professional and caring. I feel that my mother is in a place that's happy and where she's well care for. As an only child, I don't have anxiety over her being there. She came at age 92 and is not 93 and is not in the Alzheimer's unit. She's had wonderful experiences going to New York City and the theater. Compared to other places, I don't think there's a better place in the south Westchester area for someone to feel secure with their loved one in. Carolyn Gaumer
