I wanted to write a review to hopefully help the next person like me. The process started out great, our Designer/Sales person did all the right things but when it came to delivering, that was a bit of another story. We were told that our project would start during a window of dates and it was over two and a half weeks later when it actually started. I was given numerous excuses just about every two days as to why they were not there but that was only after I called them to ask. I feel the owner (Jeff, I believe) does not represent his company well and comes across very arrogant. He takes short-cuts in his work as I learned and I had an issue with my project that they have refused to call back to take care of. I had to hire someone to come in to take care of the issue. If you decide to use them just make sure you get everything taken care of before you pay. After I paid them, I found out of an issue that wasn't apparent during the inspection. I wanted them to come out and look at it but they would not call me back. (Which is why I had to hire someone.) I would not recommend this company to anyone!
