Dropped off our 2012 softaill which had a bad voltage regulator, within 15 minutes new service manager Justin called and said during there check in process the brake lever, shifter linkage and clutch lever all had some kind of problem with them and he ask if we wanted them to do 20000 service with the bike having 18000 miles on it. I told him no just fix the electical problem that covered by the warrenty. The bike had just been check in at Woodland Harley a week prior and no mention of all these problem exisited. During his so called checkin process he failed to note that one of the front running lights were burnt out sent the bike out like that. They called a few days later and said it was ready for picked up. We get there he says its $134 that they rewired the stereo because it was wired directly to the battery which it wasnt the stereo also shut of when the bike was turned off. They also took the battery out and tested it. 1.5 hours labor. The whole stereo install takes 1 hour. so than they said they test drove it on a dyno machine for 30 miles. pick the bike up within 10 miles it does the same thing we took it there for 6 times. Return the bike call them a week later and its just going on the the rack and the change the voltage regulator and we went and picked it up all the problem is fixed. So I ask him for a refund on the bogus charges for the rewire which was not approved to do. He tells me he would go talk to the dealership manager Gary about 15 minutes later he comes back and says there is nothing they can do for me. Get the bike home and check the shifter linkage and it is not loose at all. Liars!!! Gary is a non social office hidder that wont come out of his office. Both times Ive been up there all the services manager does is call people and try to get cash work approved even when you bring it there just for warrenty work. This duo is only trying to get there cash flow because since this manager has taken over it is struggling so there going to do whatever they can to pull money out of your wallet. Parts and motorclothes very good people however I will not ever spend a dime in this store again. So now when you go to bike night there will only be 8 people there instead of 10. Good luck Gary and Justin you can only screw people for so long and you will be gone. You both should take adult learing classes so you can learn how to talk to people and socialize with your customers. Good Luck
