Five Star Chem-Dry did a top-notch job cleaning my carpets. The only thing was the technician left a mess on the hardwood floor after he dumped the fluid for cleaning the carpets. I said, "Oh that's going to be a mess." He said he would clean it up before he left, but he didn't. Other than that, he did a great job. They just need to be more diligent about cleaning up after the job is done.
Five Star does what they advertise they will do, which is cleaning carpet.They were great about working with my schedule as well, which I really appreciated. I had an online deal for the service, so the price was reasonable. But I don't think they usually provide service in Seattle, because we had to pay a fee.
