If ever a place deserved a negative rating- This is the place! The “assistant manager”- Derek is extremely rude and unprofessional. Told me to leave the store- said he does not deal with “animals” and did not need customers as UPS made over 8 Billion dollars last year- all because I asked to use the tape gun to tape up my package. Told me to take my package to the post office and refused to accept it. Really UPS? I understand this is a franchise operation, however I cannot believe the owner accepts this type of behavior from his employees and that UPS is okay with this store representing them. I will NEVER go there again for any reason. In reading other reviews- seems like I am not the first to point this out and one can hope that they go out of business soon.Also as a point of clarification to Derek- United Parcel Service (UPS) posted net income of $807 million in 2012, down 78.8% from a net profit of $3.8 billion in 2011. so they do need customers.
