My family has been living here for 4 months and we really love it. We were drawn here by the awesome sense of community and easy access to the beach. Where else on this island could you walk out your door and end up standing on the beach in just a couple of minutes for an affordable price? From my house it takes two minutes walking. The beach is never crowded, nicely maintained bathrooms, very clean lawn area with tables and bran new bbqs, pavilions. There is an amazing view from the beach of Diamond Head and the mountain range. Not to mention beautiful sunsets. \r
With in the community, we've got everything we could possibly ask for. There's a gym, gym classes, running and bike paths, playgrounds, dog park, pre-school, a great rated elementary school, tennis courts, beach volleyball, free movies on the beach, food trucks, farmers market. If you are military there is an NEX & gas station. I literally don't ever have to leave if I don't want to. We have free lawn maintenance too. \r
Gated with security guards that drive through the community. I feel very safe in here. There are a ton of kids and lots of grass for them to run and play on. They are working on renovating the houses because they are older. There is a high school down the road that has great ratings too. The office staff and maintenance staff have all been really friendly and helpful.
