Review content:
We're really happy with the work Abbey Carpet of Petaluma did for us in September. They're local, and they're really helpful. They did carpet installation and hardwood refinishing for us. The carpet we got was a good price. Chris, the salesman, was terrific. He was really helpful and pointed out a better carpet grade to us that was less money.
Since we first installed the carpet in two rooms downstairs followed by an upstairs bedroom, we had two guys install the carpet. The first installer, Billy, was really terrific. He was really neat, quick and polite. I can't remember the other installer's name, but he didn't do as good a job as Billy. He was not as neat and left the area kind of messy. When he gave us the carpet remnants, he didn't package them very neatly, so they were difficult to store.
The guy who did the hardwood for us also was terrific. He was very professional. He came back and helped us with a few issues, like drips, and finished the job to make it perfect. We were very happy with the results.
