I am so pleased with Precision I just have to share it. I had to call them on a Sunday and I was worried about the additional cost for a weekend call, but there is not additional cost for weekend service with Precison and the Tech was on time. He gave me a 25 point inspection before he did anything then took the time to explain to me in terms I understood what was wrong. I had the tech install new springs for me he had them on the truck he did not have to run off somewhere to get them and make me wait. I now have a life time warrenty on my springs for as long as I own my house and I did not have to pay extra for the warrenty either. Precision really believe in there product. Great job. Thank you
