Went to this dealership because of a prize notification in the mail, not to buy a car, but high pressure tactics and pressure from my spouse resulted in the purchase of a Sonata Hybrid. It has been over 1 1/2 months now and the windows have not yet been tinted as promised in their 'WE OWE' agreement (even thought they kept the car for the first several days to install a sunroof and leather). Finally today we got what we had hoped to be the proper license plates, but, once again, they dropped the ball. I had told them straightforwardly NOT to finance the vehicle with a bank, only to finance with a credit union. Did they do this? NO. They first told me they financed through Allied Bank but when I contacted my insurance company the lien was with wells fargo, a company I despise. I could go on, but that should be enough for most people to understand my frustration with this unprofessional group.
