Hi:
I'm not sure if this feedback is for Stone Hearth Pizza or actually for Grub Hub. I have ordered several times now from Grub Hub and despite including instructions to the delivery person about how to find my apartment (up driveway, up stairs in back of house to third floor), the delivery person never seems to see (or heed) these instructions. As a result, each time the person ends up pounding on the door of the main house and then calling me in frustration because I am not answering the door. This time, this same exact thing happened and - not sure if it is a result of this, because it was a cold night, or perhaps other reasons - the pizza was cold when we got it. Note that the pizza was good, just cold. Not sure where the problem is?
