Review content:
The overall experience was awful. We brought the car in on September 18th and the part was ordered for the door lock. We also expected to have a recall notice taken care of.
After calling and waiting weeks, we finally called to find out why the parts were not in. We were told that the parts had been back ordered, then the order was lost and no one checked on the order. AFter the parts were ordered and expected on a Wednesday, when I called, I was told the part was sent to the west coast and I would need to wait another day. The work was completed on November 6th--7 weeks later.
Each time I called, I was put on hold, hung up on, asked to leave a message, and rarely did I talk to a real person. The phone service was terrible---no one seemed to answer the phone. Richard did return my call, apologized and finally order the part and scheduled service.
Seven weeks to wait for a lock repair part and a recall is way to long. Except for Richard, the customer service was terrible.
On the day of the repair, we were happy to have the repairs completed, but frustrated to have had to wait 7 weeks.
Car works and runs great now. Only reason I'd reccommend this business is because it is the closest one. They do good work when the car is actually in the shop.
