We've been boarding first our dog (for 10 years) and cats (we're now boarding our third cat - the others lived to 15!) at Oak Park for over 25 years and have been completely delighted with the service (obviously, or we wouldn't keep coming back). When traveling, we never worry about our cat (Miya, who is a handful!) as they take excellent care of her and have our contact information/vet information should it be needed. We feel that we are leaving her with friends who take care of her, keep her warm and safe and waiting for us when we return.\r

I was shocked by negative posts I read here and and couldn't disagree more - I urge anyone to go visit Oak Park and see for yourself. Their motto is ""we're not fancy - we just plain care"" and that's the truth!
