there was a huge water damage in my home. I needed it to be cleaned up. immediately!! I didn't want to have mold . It was the middle of the night when this happen. So I was scared that I would have to wait hours to call a cleaning company to come out. But I found this company. they were open and were able to send someone made sure to let me know there was going to be an emergency fee. I was pleased But I really wanted the out here. ASAP!! they came within a 30 minute period. when they arrived I pointed out the room and they went they saw they knew what needed to be done. and gave me a rough price at what they thought it was going to roundabout they were not sure what the set price was going to be because they had to get in there to see how bad the damage was. this company it took they three days to get my carpet dry and cleaned. this company did a great job. I absolutely love them for this. I'll keep them close whenever tragedy decides to strike again on my carpet. they gave me a great deal. and customer service was phenomenal.\r
