Very bad experience with this outfit...called them after television stopped working. Reached owner ""very easily"" on my initial call. He informed me that it would cost $125.00 for service call-diagnosis of problem and any labor to fix. All I would pay in addition was parts..\r

I agreed and he checked out tv and announced it was power board and he would order same$216.00 more.\r

I gave him his money($125.00) and he walked out my door and apparently off the planet, as that was going on three weeks ago as I have called multiple times....left multiple messages with absolutely no response...UNACCEPTABLE!\r

I have since called another repairman and he ordered the part and had it in television in 3days.\r

Save yourself a lott'a grief and headaches and don't use ""The Image Center""... it's not worth the aggrevation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
