I am a contractor who always deals with Carl Greene at Capitol Carpet Inc. He's extremely good and knows exactly what he's doing. I always get good results from him. The installers, however, would get about a two out of five. There is a doorway leading to the master bathroom that was not tacked down at all. The carpeting doesn't stay down on its own. That needs to be fixed. They also didn't vacuum very well along the edges.

Thank you for your very valuable feedback.
After an installation the installer is supposed to thoroughly vacuum the carpet and in addition should walk the job when finished to insure that all work done was performed to the customers satisfaction. This apparently was not done and we will make sure it dis done in the future.
The carpet coming loose in the doorway will be fixed at a convenient time that works for you and you will receive a phone call today from our service department to schedule.
It is constructive feedback from customers like yourself that makes us a better company.
