I was with Bates for a few years only until last week. After making several calls to the office and leaving work early only to arrive and to find he jacked up my rates by $30. I asked the receptionist why and she stated its a new policy. She didn't bother to tell me over the phone about this and I asked if she could do anything this time. The answer was NO. They couldn't work with me after I was with them for 3 years. I said so your going to make me go somewhere else and she said ""I guess"" and let me leave. \r
HE IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. \r
Every time I went in as a cash paying customer he would try and push the expensive payment plan on me. He also tried to get my wife on the plan as well as a few friends. His adjustemtns are only 5 minutes at most and his plans are $1500 to $3000. \r

BE AWARE HE WILL PUSH THE PAYMENT PLANS ON YOU AND HE IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY...........
