AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! i have never had a worse customer experience! Fist the clerk, Jeri, gives me a $55 price on my new plates, then it changes to $78 or $100(for 2 yr) not understanding the price change, I got a little upset, nothing durastic, no threats were made or anything like that, but rather than treating me, the angry customer, like a professional in a customer service position should, she proceeded to get incredibly rude, and cocky/condescending. I just finished the transaction, dropped the pen on her desk, and left (feeling ripped off.) Still upset, I posted on my FB wall, about my experience. Yes, I may have said some mean things, I was angry, still no threats were ever made. About a week goes by and I get calls from an Oregon Police officer. A girl who worked there, Sara, who was on my friends, who I was acquainted with in HS, seen my post and persuaded Jeri, to file a police report. Again, I may have called someone a ""c"" word, but there was nothing that would ever constitute me being a threat. So not only was I treated like scum, in the most unprofessional manner, the complaint I made in a personal blog to my friends and family was used as evidence and reported to the police. My classes were interrupted, by an officer who said, I broke no law, but had to follow up.\r So for love of god, save yourself the headache and go anywhere else in the Toledo area, You'll thank me later.
