I would NOT recommend this place. I purchased a vehicle (an expensive one at that - worth no more than $7,000 and it was listed as $11,000 plus interest.) I have been in for repairs numerous times and each time they treat me horribly. They have no manners and have no interest in making the customer happy. \r

For those with poor credit - I suggest saving up the $2,000 or $3,000 for a down payment and going to a well known dealer. That is what I will be doing for my next car. This is simply not worth it. My warranty is up and my major repair has yet to be fixed. I have a feeling I will be spending hundreds of dollars in repairs soon. I will be going to another shop. I don't trust Franks Auto.
