I recently took my vehicle to your shop for repairs. I was told by my claims manager that this was such an awesome shop that ""you could literally eat off their floor-it's that clean"". I called the claim in later after I hit the deer. The next morning Jack's was already contacting me to set an appointment for inspection. Upon taking my vehicle there, they were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The gentleman who wrote my estimate took the time ot prepare an estimate for me to take since I had asked for one. Jac's even called the week before it was supposed to go in to remind me. I never had to contact them. I dropped my vehicle off and they said it would take 3-4 days to repair and it took exactly 4 days! WOW! I will never use another shop as long as I live in San Antonio. They are remarkable!! Thank you for great service!!\r
