Review content:
I had the most horrible experience with this doctor. Unfortunately, Gabriel's (my husband) foot has swollen up to 3 times (or more) its size. I took him to Baptist Hospital, where the level of care was superb in the ER, by his nurse (Robert King, RN). Gabriel was (and is) in excruciating pain. After Gabriel was moved to what they call Observation, in comes Dr. Perez Morales and changes the only pain medication that works for Gabriel. When I tried to reach him by phone, to explain the situation, he REFUSED to talk to me on the phone and told the nurse, ""I'll talk to them tomorrow"". Mind you, he changed all the meds, the whole plan, without even seeing Gabriel. He did it long distance, from a computer that was probably off the premises even. What a heartless, compassion-less, poor excuse for a doctor Dr. Juan C. Perez Morales is. Because Gabriel was desperate from the pain, we decided to leave Baptist Hospital; go home because we'd been at the hospital since 7 am (Friday, the day after Thanksgiving and it was night time already) and start over again the next day at another hospital. What a sad excuse for a doctor. He's only a pathetic human being with a God complex, on an ego trip. What a disgrace to his oath.
