So far so good with the VW side of Hunt Valley Motors. Had major trouble with the Audi service side, which, after many years of Audi ownership, we switched to a VW. The sales experience couldn't have been better, and this was our first service call -- routine covered maintenance. We liked very much that the service writer was outside waiting for us when we arrived and took down all the necessary mileage info, etc., giving us a completed form to take inside (at Audi service, you have to park and go in, then go out again with the service writer). The service was performed efficiently and quickly. Our only small complaint was that the car wasn't returned to us cleaner than when we took it in. We had expected the front seat area would have been vacuumed and that the car would have been run through the carwash.
