This was the worse experience with a company I have ever had and I am 57 years old. What started out as a bunch of promises ended in a bunch of excuses. Very expensive pools for a minimum pool package, everything is extra. When i asked for a shaped pool he pushed the rectangle so where does the design come in. Planned on a 16 x 32 pool with deep end and b/c ledge was hit we had to go smaller and one level, they would not change the price. When i refused to pay the last installment, his wife called me and threatened me that they would not put in the liner. They gave us a robot vac that does not pick up...we were suppose to have the one that climbs walls and stairs. When we confronted Leann she said that the transaction is over and they would no longer be taking our phone calls. She dropped of a hose and vac and there is a \r
hole in the hose. \r
Stay away from this company. Find someone else to do your pool and if you want confirmation on my word, contact the N Providence Buidling Inspector and the County Commissioner. I am also filing with the BBB and the Attorney General. I hope their $2000 overcharge and the $900 vacuum that never worked is worth all the bad publicity that they are going to get from me. They were suppose to fix my neighbors property from the equipment damage and they took the cash and did not finish the work. My neighbors have filed a police report and contacted their attorney. He was full of promises that turned into a bunch of excuses. His wife is brutal and a liar and like I said if you want this verified contact the building department.
