Review content:
We had another car that was totaled in an accident, so we started looking at Hondas online. There were two dealerships in our area, but it was clear that Bil Pearce Courtesy Honda in Reno had the better selection. We were actually able to buy the car through the internet. They made the process very easy for us.
When they reached out to us, we let them know which car we were interested in, and they informed us of what our monthly payment would be. We scheduled a visit to the dealership, so we'd be able to test drive it. When we got there on a Saturday, the car was sitting in the front waiting for us. We drove it; everything was good. We didn't get our insurance money from the accident yet, but the guys at Bill Pearce were very accommodating to us. We agreed on a down payment of $4000, so we wrote them two checks for $2000. We, then, arranged to have our insurance agency send the payment for the accident straight to Bill Pearce.
They were all good and honest people -- even the financing manager. I've purchased many cars in my years, and the most frightening part about the process is when the financing team pressures you to buy more than you came in for. That was not the case at Bill Pearce. They were not trying to sell me anything. The whole experience was really great. I would recommend them without a doubt.
