When my husband and I first drove up to Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda, there was a salesman standing right outside of the building to greet us. From that instance, we knew this company would be very receptive to our needs. The representatives we dealt with were professional and wonderful, particularly Maurice and Reggie. I have purchased six new cars in my life, and my experience with Maurice was the best I had ever had with any salesman.
The finance department was great, too. We had a trade in, which they took with no problem. Everything went really smoothly. We left that same day with the car we wanted. We also came back to have security system and a front bra installed. Those, too, were good experiences!
This is a very well run and professional business. They always called us back to make sure all of our questions were answered. Everyone in the building that we came across was very courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend working with them for your new car needs, especially Reggie and Maurice. If you are looking to buy a new car, you will get outstanding service at Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda from start to finish. Believe me, it's not always as satisfying like this with other dealerships.
