Review content:
I was really apprehensive going into Masri Clinic at first, but after talking with Dr. Masri, I felt completely confident with what they could do for me. Over the course of ten years, I have interviewed many different plastic surgeons for the treatment that I wanted done for my skin. Dr. Masri was the only one who took the time to look at me as a person as opposed to a dollar sign. He spoke with such compassion. I wasn't just another patient to him. He really cared about what was going on with my skin, and he understood what my ultimate goal was.
He thoroughly explained the procedure to me. He let me know what they would be doing, how I would heal, and what the outcome would be. I really felt that he had a great energy, and I knew I was in good hands. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Masri literally grabbed my hand before I went under the anesthesia and assured me that he was going to be with me the whole time. We joked about how he'd better not leave early; it was comical and reassuring at the same time. He was concerned with my concerns, and he wanted me to feel as good as I could about the procedure.
The girls at the clinic are fantastic and pleasant, too. Every time I am in there, they are quick to accommodate me. I love going there. I even asked if they could work something out to make the facial treatments that they offer a little more affordable for me, and they assured me they would work something out. The whole clinic has a need, want, and overall desire to help their clients. They make them feel comfortable and make sure they leave pleased.
I am still in the process of healing. I'm only at day nine out of my surgery. There are still ten more days left of healing and then two other procedures after that. I'm really excited to see what the next treatment will bring, though I'm already seeing a difference right now.
Dr. Masri has gone over and beyond my expectations. I can't even put into words the amount of gratitude I have for him and his staff.
