I had actually called another cleaning company for my rugs. They were busy and referred me to Clean10x, which I am very happy they did. When I called them up, I told them I needed an appointment ASAP. They said they would be there at ten in the morning the next day and the next day they showed up at ten.
They were very professional and prepared. They seemed very knowledgeable. They put protection in all of the doorways, so the machine wouldn't hit the baseboards or door frames. They did such a good job that I had them come the next day and clean my office.
They are very honorable. Their prices are fair. What they quote you is what they bill you. There are no hidden charges once they give you the estimate. They did a very good job and they have the best equipment.
